Proposal poster for independent project in urban design. This project is about transforming an abandoned apartment foundation on 12th and Lamar streets in Austin, Texas into a multi-purpose community-center and park. The design strategy combines using very little money, building upon existing structural elements, and preserving the current function of the space as a hangout for graffiti writers and transients.
